Kitchen Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at The Two Brewers, a historic pub in Marlow. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification.
  • Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and management of supplies to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times.
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve the kitchen's performance and contribute to the team's success.
