Exciting Opportunity for a Conference and Events Manager
The Center Parcs Events team is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and value for money. We offer a diverse program of events, including corporate conferences, seminars, and social gatherings for our colleagues.
This is a hands-on management role where you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of all events. Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating the team, driving excellent service standards, and ensuring quality and safety.
You will work closely with the management team to support overall service delivery, assisting with event setups, de-rigs, and close-downs. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling and maintaining event files, managing rotas, and understanding order requirements.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager or Supervisor with a passion for Bar Service and/or Conferences and Events. You should have a proven track record in managing and developing individuals and teams, as well as a strong commitment to delivering great service to our guests.
Key Requirements:
- Supervisory/management experience
- Knowledge of stock controls and bar management
- Understanding of legal compliance and corporate governance
- Motivator of people with drive to succeed and inspire team members
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure
