Job Title: Insurance Portfolio Manager

Aon is seeking an experienced Insurance Portfolio Manager to join our team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. As an Insurance Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing risk solutions, and delivering exceptional client service.

About the Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing risk solutions and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Insurance team to deliver risk management and risk transfer services to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and profitability within the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • ACII or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on client relationship management and commercial risks.
  • Experience managing large, corporate insurance risks is desirable.
  • Commercial understanding of business, including market forces, business drivers, and competitors.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to excellence in client service.
