The Ideal Candidate:
• Has previous experience in a product development managerial role (preferably in insurance).
• Possesses a proven track record of developing and launching customer-centric product propositions.
• Is able to conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies.
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Has strong commercial acumen, previous budget/P&L responsibility.
• Possesses excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum.
Benefits include hybrid working, 25 days holiday, option to buy additional holidays, birthday off, healthcare plan, 8% pension contribution, and learning and development opportunities.
