About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our pharmacy team and delivering exceptional patient care to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and completion of a DBS check.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
