Extrusion Technician and Operator Role at FlexSea:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment to produce high-quality bioplastics. The position requires a strong understanding of extrusion techniques, mechanical and electrical machine operation, and the ability to adjust machine parameters as necessary to maintain production.

The successful candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex processing issues and provide compelling evidence of their technical expertise. Additionally, they will be able to work independently and adapt to schedule changes.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

In addition to the above requirements, the following skills and qualifications are preferred:

  • A strong understanding of polymer chemistry.
  • Excellent mathematical proficiency.
