Job Summary

Job Title: Developmental Specialist
Reports to: Program Supervisor
Location: University System of New Hampshire


Responsibilities
  1. Educational Program Development: Develop and implement educational programs that align with state and national standards.
  2. Assessment and Evaluation: Continuously assess and evaluate program effectiveness, using data to inform instructional decisions.
  3. Family Engagement: Foster strong relationships with families, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the educational process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education: A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is required.
  • Experience in Teaching Young Children: At least one year of experience in teaching young children is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
