Sustainability Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Consultant to join our corporate sustainability and climate change team at ERM.
The successful candidate will be focused on supporting our Net Zero services, which include developing corporate GHG inventories, identifying technological and strategic GHG reduction opportunities, and advising on appropriate use of offsets.
Key responsibilities will include analysing and interpreting technical information, managing client demands, and building relationships with clients through supporting account management and project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant technical degree in an environmental area, experience in environmental consulting, and a good understanding of the finance sector and ESG/sustainability issues.
The role will require strong Excel capabilities, good written and oral presentation skills, and the ability to manage/deliver multiple projects/tasks in parallel with different requirements and timelines.

As a Climate Change Specialist at ERM, you will be part of a dynamic team working on a wide range of projects and initiatives to support our clients in navigating the transition to a low-carbon economy.
The position will involve working closely with clients to develop and implement effective sustainability strategies, including setting targets, measuring and reporting progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key skills and qualifications required for this role include a strong understanding of climate change and sustainability principles, experience in managing projects and tasks, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
