We are a leading global automotive distributor and retailer, presenting in 36 national markets and operating as a key strategic partner to premium and luxury car brands.

As a Motor Vehicle Technician at Rubber Duck Cars in Tetbury, you will be responsible for vehicle maintenance and repair, utilizing your technical knowledge to test, diagnose and resolve faults. You will also suggest improvements to processes, work on electrical and mechanical systems, inspect components for wear and tear, and repair or replace parts.

The ideal candidate should possess the knowledge to use modern diagnostic equipment, have the capability of working to the highest quality standards, and exhibit great team player and communication skills. Maintaining high standards of house-keeping is also essential.

A full UK driving license and prior experience in working to efficiency targets are necessary qualifications. Experience within a main automotive dealer is preferable but not essential. VOSA-approved MOT tester status is an advantage but not required.

This role requires holding a Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair NVQ or equivalent.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £44,000 (OTE), plus benefits including:
