About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled facades project manager to join our team at Intex Facades Ltd for a new project in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of facade projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of facade systems.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience managing projects up to £5 million value is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade project management.
- Strong knowledge of facade systems and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software - Elecosoft Asta.
What We Offer:
Rate - £250 per day
Working hours - Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with flexibility to accommodate project requirements.
