About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Project Manager to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing specialist structural projects across a wide range of maritime infrastructure.

With a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects, you will be an excellent fit for this role. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects, from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of specialist structural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop and implement effective solutions.
What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior project management role, preferably in the maritime industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
