We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Head Housekeeper to join our team at Harbour Hotel St Ives. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Housekeeper in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Assist with the management of Housekeeping staff, including training and development.
  • Conduct regular room checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs to the maintenance team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
