Job Overview: We're seeking an experienced Professional Kitchen Leader to join our team at Chartwells. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading our culinary operations and creating exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing and serving high-quality food, overseeing menu changes, identifying opportunities to improve our food services, listening and acting on customer feedback, supporting the creation of new menus and creative food concepts, representing Chartwells, and maintaining a positive brand image. You will also oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards and comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification, have experience supervising a team, and a flexible approach to working. A Food Hygiene certificate is also essential. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, and will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
