Security Team Member Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Team Member to join our team at Haven. As a Security Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular perimeter patrols to maintain a secure environment
- Perform regular safety and fire-equipment checks to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Check membership passes and maintain accurate records
- Complete control logs and reports to ensure transparency and accountability

Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role
- Committed and focused on delivering a professional service
- Team player, who will be happy to support other departments
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as a positive attitude to customer care

Working Hours:
