Customer Relations Advisor Opportunity

Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a skilled Customer Relations Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support to their customers in the Greater Manchester region.

About the Role

As a Customer Relations Advisor, you will work closely with the Customer Relations Manager and site teams to deliver a positive and 5-star customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer complaints and ensuring compliance with the New Homes Quality Code
  • Facilitating complaint responses and providing detailed reports on complaint status
  • Actioning customer care defects and maintaining service level agreements
  • Monitoring and responding to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Providing support to regional area offices and conducting customer feedback sessions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft packages
  • Experience working in a customer service role
  • A working understanding of the financial implications of building methods and sequences
