We are seeking a skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our team at Reed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial reports and managing accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce quarterly Management Accounts and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
  • Prepare Monthly and Year-End Accounts.
  • Oversee Credit Control and Cash Flow management.
  • Conduct VAT Returns and manage multi-currency bank accounts, petty cash, and credit card statements.
  • Handle the management of Letters of Credit (advantageous but not essential).
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Management Accountant, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
  • Proficiency with Sage 50 accounting software.
  • In-depth knowledge of VAT Returns.
  • Experience with managing multi-currency bank accounts.
  • Skilled in managing petty cash and credit card statements.
  • Familiarity with Letters of Credit is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to work autonomously.
