Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker at the Ordinary Life Project Association (OLPA). Our organization provides innovative and dynamic support options for individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or mental illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support to individuals in our care, promoting independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a support role, preferably in a care or housing setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
- Commitment to promoting the rights and dignity of individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or mental illnesses.
