Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Storehouse Supervisor to join our team at HERMES. As an essential member of our stockroom operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate management and control of our inventory.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of inventory-related best practices and excellent IT skills, including proficiency in EPOS systems and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

As a Storehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of stock counts and managing inventory discrepancies
  • Reducing store shrinkage through research and reporting of suspicious activities
  • Proposing corrective actions to improve future stock takes results
  • Contributing to team meetings and morning briefs to report on operational issues and stock-related KPIs

You will also be responsible for implementing an optimized organization of storage, contribution to the definition and implementation of back and front office storage practices, and liaising with stakeholders to propose and perform adjustments and improvements.
