Job Title: Nursery Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team at Busy Bees Nursery in Midlothian. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in creating enriching experiences for our children while managing and supporting a team of professionals.
The Role:
- Leadership: Inspire and lead your team towards excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources effectively, ensuring the efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community, promoting a sense of belonging and partnership.
- Professional Development: Encourage continuous team development to provide the best care and education, investing in the growth and well-being of our staff.
