Job Title: Career Advancement Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging manager to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our centre and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Run an exceptional operation, front-of-house, ensuring that all customers receive a memorable experience.
  • Support the General Manager back-of-house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to maintain the highest standards and service in the industry.
  • Maintain a safe and fun environment for our customers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has management experience, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Possesses a passion for customer service and can demonstrate inspiring and developing large teams.
  • Is willing to work nights and weekends.
  • Demonstrates a desire for success and career progression.
