We are seeking a talented Development Lead to join our team at TDM Recruitment. As a Town Planner, you will have a key role in shaping the development of award-winning family homes throughout the Midlands and Northern Home Counties.

The salary on offer is £58,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of existing planning applications, working autonomously to achieve business objectives, and fostering the development of a team of committed planners.

You will have a degree qualification and MRTPI membership, with extensive experience in dealing with residential planning applications and appeals.

To succeed in this role, you must be bright, ambitious, and determined to succeed, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
