HVAC Industry Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional or engineer looking to transition into sales to join our team in South West & South Wales. As a Sales Engineer – Cooling and Heating Hire, you will play a key role in growing our presence in this region.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling to industrial end users and trade contractors, with a strong understanding of chiller hire, boiler hire, portable AC, air handling hire, heater hire, heat exchanger hire, buffer tank hire, pump hire, full install and commissioning, lift and shift, mechanical and electrical, and logistics and craneage.
This role involves selling chiller hire, boiler hire, portable AC, air handling hire, heater hire, heat exchanger hire, buffer tank hire, pump hire, full install and commissioning, lift and shift, mechanical and electrical, and logistics and craneage to industrial end users and trade contractors.
The successful candidate will be tasked with growing the area from £500,000 to £750,000-£1m, predominantly through new business opportunities. The typical order values range from £10,000-£20,000, with some emergency projects requiring 24-48 hours' notice and planned projects taking up to 6 months.

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 + £15,000 Commission + £5,000 Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Sell chiller hire, boiler hire, portable AC, air handling hire, heater hire, heat exchanger hire, buffer tank hire, pump hire, full install and commissioning, lift and shift, mechanical and electrical, and logistics and craneage to industrial end users and trade contractors.
- Grow the area from £500,000 to £750,000-£1m, predominantly through new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with national contractors currently not using our clients' products in this region.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
Requirements:
- Hire industry field sales experience preferred.
- Open to engineers looking to transition into sales from a chiller/boiler background.
- Hungry go-getter with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of chiller hire, boiler hire, portable AC, air handling hire, heater hire, heat exchanger hire, buffer tank hire, pump hire, full install and commissioning, lift and shift, mechanical and electrical, and logistics and craneage.
