About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated SHEQ Coordinator to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will ensure our workplace remains safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible. Your role will involve managing our SHEQ systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and championing a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promoting a safety-first culture through communication, campaigns, and meetings.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance SHEQ practices and rolling out policies aligned with company values.
  • Delivering training programmes and monitoring compliance.
  • Conducting risk assessments, routine inspections, and safety audits.
  • Investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions.
  • Co-ordinating emergency drills and ensuring readiness.
  • Maintaining accurate records of SHEQ activities, including training, audits, and incident reports.
What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for promoting a safety-first culture, identifying opportunities for improvement, delivering training, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, coordinating emergency drills, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
  • IOSH Working Safely certificate (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years experience in a SHE role or similar position.
  • Solid understanding of SHE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to influence and train others.
