About the Role
  • We are seeking an Asset Management Associate to coordinate maintenance requirements on behalf of residential housing tenants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with tenants over the telephone to schedule the repair or maintenance of properties. You will prepare job sheets, allocate work to the maintenance team and allocate work on the schedule.

In addition, you will log details of all calls managed on the computer system and update the database when required. You will also track the progress of maintenance and repair jobs being completed from instigation through to completion.

Finally, you will check with tenants once work has been completed to ensure they are happy with the service provided.

Requirements
