Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Cream Filling Operator to join our team at Muller Droitwich Dairy. This role will involve operating manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products, working collaboratively with the team to achieve operational excellence objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and follow processes effectively to ensure efficient production.
  • Maintain strict hygiene standards within the workplace, including cleaning activities as required.
  • Perform system upkeep and related responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee customer expectations are met.
  • Replenish materials as needed and perform first-line maintenance checks.

Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £31,125.51 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation.
