Sales Team Member

A sales associate position at True Religion Brand Jeans involves providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a thorough understanding of our luxury retail environment and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and acknowledge every customer, ensuring a solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Contribute to floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping to maintain an attractive store appearance.
- Process and replenish merchandise, monitor floor stock, and complete price changes within the department.
- Operate a computerized point of sale cash register and inventory management system to accurately enter sales information, process payments, and manage refunds and exchanges.
- Reconcile daily sales and prepare deposits for management.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of retail merchandise, including prices, special considerations, and stock locations.
- Accurately perform merchandise receipt processing, inspecting, tagging, stocking, and displaying items. Communicate any damages or wrong shipments to store management.
- Retail Savvy: Understand the complexities of working in a luxury retail environment and its customers.
- Goal Oriented: Work hard to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals.

- High School Diploma
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Minimum of 6 months of retail sales experience
- Ability to read, count, and write accurately to complete documentation
- Ability to operate necessary equipment, including standing, stooping, lifting up to 11 kilograms, and climbing a ladder
Estimated Salary: $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
