Welding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team at Proactive Global. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recognize the importance of quality, timelines, and meeting customer requirements.
2. Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in both quality and time-saving processes.
3. Prioritize team projects effectively to meet targets, including managing CIT (Call-in Time / Overtime).

Requirements:

• Hold a BTech, HNC, or HND qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Skilled in TIG welding, ideally with stainless steel and Mu metal.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £15-£18 per hour, based on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a referral scheme for successful applicants.
