R9 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team in North West London. As a permanent, full-time employee, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance work within social housing properties.


Salary Information

The anticipated annual salary for this position is approximately £39,000 - £44,000, taking into account relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine inspections of electrical systems within residential properties.
  • Repair or replace faulty components as required to maintain optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to address any issues related to building infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possessing a 2391 Qualification or equivalent is essential.
  • A solid grasp of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company-provided vehicles.
