Small Animal Veterinary Role

Bright Leaf Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a skilled small animal veterinary surgeon to join our client's veterinary practice on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the practice's continued growth and success.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of providing high-quality veterinary services and be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
In terms of compensation, we estimate that the salary for this position will be in the range of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, the practice offers a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
The typical working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, with one in three Saturdays spent on consultations only. We value work-life balance and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements to suit the needs of our employees.
