Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Sous Chef to take on a senior leadership role within our kitchen team. As Senior Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, motivating and developing your team members, and driving excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- To develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- To work closely with the Head Chef to plan menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
- To identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and to implement initiatives to drive business success.
- To maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment that meets health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen manager in a similar environment.
- Proven track record of leading kitchen teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.

Salary
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
