Customer Service Consultant - Microsoft Gold Partner

Opus Recruitment Solutions is working with a Microsoft Gold Partner to find a skilled D365 Business Central Support Consultant to join their growing Support team.

This company specializes in three distinct verticals: fashion, furniture, and hospitality, and has its own product that integrates with Business Central. As a D365 Business Central Support Consultant, you will work closely with clients and the consultancy team to ensure tasks and support projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To undertake in-depth investigations of logged incidents: troubleshooting errors, identifying issues, and implementing resolutions within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • To work with multiple customers and systems (Business Central / Dynamics NAV)
  • To support third-party software within Business Central / Dynamics NAV
  • To produce scripted documentation for the knowledge base where an incident is identified as resolvable at software support level

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience and knowledge of Dynamics NAV and/or D365 BC is essential
  • Excellent working knowledge of Dynamics NAV / D365 BC solutions
  • Previous software support experience is highly desirable
  • ERP/Accounts experience is preferable but not essential
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Database knowledge is preferable
  • Experience in working with Business Intelligence (BI) products such as Jet is desirable
  • Knowledge of the operating systems and databases on which the solutions are deployed
