Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Walker & Sloan Ltd | Certified B Corp. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of education and healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration for education and healthcare projects.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, handle subcontractor accounts, and manage variations and final accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the education and healthcare sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of construction contracts and cost management.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
What We Offer
