About the Role:

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data and Regulatory Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data systems to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead analytics projects, defining data needs and creating project plans.
  2. Conduct strategic data analysis, deriving actionable insights and presenting clear data displays.
  3. Mine and analyze data to optimize processes and enhance data quality.
  4. Translate data into insights for targeting and segmentation, communicating findings to stakeholders.
  5. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity and accuracy.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risks, upholding Citigroup's ethical standards.
  7. Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
  8. Experience in financial services analytics.
  9. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's/University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
