We are seeking ambitious and highly qualified Oxbridge Graduates to join our team as Secondary Teaching Assistants and Academic Mentors in Hounslow. As a key member of our team, you will provide academic support to GCSE and A-Level students, guiding them towards academic success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in Maths, Science, English, and Humanities disciplines
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure student progress
  • Provide one-to-one and group mentoring to students
Requirements:
  • First-Class or 2:1 Degree from Oxford or Cambridge University
  • Impressive GCSEs and A-Levels (A-A*)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
  • One-year contract from September 2024 to July 2025, term time only
  • Competitive salary of £475 to £550 per week (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
  • Opportunity for Teacher Training
