**Role Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Solutions Specialist to join our client, a well-established Insurance Broker in North London. As an Insurance Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and preferences.
  • Policy Management: Assist clients with policy enquiries, changes, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Risk Analysis and Improvement Opportunities: Analyse clients' risk profiles and identify opportunities to improve coverage.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate client documentation and deliver regular reports on policy management and client satisfaction.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products, enhancing client benefits and retention.
  • Industry Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay updated on insurance products and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Quality Control and Continuous Improvement: Conduct quality checks on documentation and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance policy management and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong Insurance Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of insurance products, including policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and team members, communicating effectively and professionally.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: High level of accuracy in policy management, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to identify and address complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Acturis and Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in using Acturis insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Commitment to Ethical Business Practices: Commitment to ethical business practices, upholding industry standards and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, underwriters, and team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions and exceptional service. You will address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and retention through attentive service.
