About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Specialist to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and Group policies.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct site inspections, monitor records, and produce reports to ensure the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Environmental Management: Ensure accurate collection of waste, timely reporting to ERP, and compliance with local and Group environmental policies.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: General awareness of QHSE requirements, including a NEBOSH qualification (preferred).
  • Skills and Experience: Good analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
