About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at Method Resourcing. As a DV Cleared Agile Coach, you will play a key role in guiding teams through Agile practices to ensure maximum efficiency and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Practice Implementation: Lead teams in the implementation of Agile values, principles, and practices, adapting frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile to suit project needs.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor Product Owners and guide teams in establishing efficient Agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Team Facilitation: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, removing obstacles and resolving conflicts to maintain team momentum and focus.
  • Continuous Learning: Promote continuous learning and professional development, encouraging team members to improve their skills and deliverables.
  • Agile Scaling: Support the setup and scaling of Agile practices across the organization, working closely with stakeholders to align goals and outcomes.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of self-organization, accountability, and innovation within teams.
  • Agile Ceremonies: Act as a key facilitator in Agile ceremonies, guiding teams in setting realistic goals and achieving high standards of quality.
Requirements
  • Agile Experience: Proven experience working with Agile teams, including facilitating Agile processes such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Conflict Resolution: Strong conflict resolution, mentoring, and coaching skills, with the ability to support diverse teams, including contractors and full-time employees.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide teams towards continuous improvement.
  • Security Clearance: Experience working within the public sector or secure environments is highly advantageous, and the candidate must currently hold DV clearance.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from developers to executive management.

  • Competitive Salary: £60,000 to £85,000, dependent on experience.
