Residential Asset Manager

Homesureproperty is seeking an experienced Residential Asset Manager to join our Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our managed properties, ensuring they meet the required standards and compliance with relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property Management and/or Maintenance, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Main Responsibilities- Managing mid-term property inspections; producing digital reports; and communicating advice & recommendations to landlords & tenants.
- Overseeing maintenance works related to the properties.
- Liaising with other internal departments to ensure effective sharing of relevant information.
- Designing and implementing new organisational systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of around £28,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities and a competitive pension scheme.
