About This Role

We are seeking a highly compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Cera Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.



Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and provide support with cooking or preparing hot meals
  • Help with domestic tasks and provide companionship and reassurance to our clients
  • Use our technology, Cera Tech, to streamline administrative tasks and enhance outcomes

Requirements

  • A driving license and access to a vehicle for work
  • Availability for shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights
  • A flexible approach to work and a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • A willingness to undergo a DBS check and have the right to work in the UK
