Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and test promotional strategies in collaboration with category, marketing, and commercial teams to maximize profitability and stay competitive.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-makers, understanding underlying drivers of performance and evaluating promotional tests.
  • Structure and process data to identify key opportunity areas and outliers, visualizing analysis in a digestible manner.
  • Interpret and present analytical findings to enable informed decision-making and influence new ways of thinking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the value of our data and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
  • Results-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and a strong understanding of the grocery industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong communication and presentation skills.
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience in an analytical, strategic, or commercial role.
