Support Specialist for SEND Schools

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Support Specialist, you will work in SEND schools to support children with a wide range of additional needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with SEND, additional needs, or disabilities in a school environment
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Helping pupils to manage their emotions, communication effectively, or to engage with activities
Requirements:
- Experience of supporting people with a disability or SEN
- Comfortable working in school environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about working with people with additional needs
