Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven and talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Cambridge SEN branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and selling educators to our clients, while providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their employment period with us.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and marketing top talent to meet client needs
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with educators and clients
- Providing exceptional support and guidance to educators throughout their employment period
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the education sector and recruitment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of £30,038 - £52,686 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from:
