About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Linen Porter to join our housekeeping team at Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a Linen Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring that hotel public areas and guest rooms are clean and well maintained, and that linen is stored, delivered, and available during the housekeeping rota'd hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive housekeeping deliveries and report any shortfalls
- Ensure all linen cupboards are stocked
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar or self-managed role in hotel housekeeping
- Operational experience of four-star standards
- Good time management skills
- High attention to detail
