Job Opportunity: Subcontract Gas Service & Repair Engineers

R9 Recruitment is seeking skilled Gas Service & Repair Subcontract Engineers to join our team for a Social Housing Contract.

Role Overview:

As a Gas Service & Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out gas servicing and repairs in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out gas servicing and repairs in accordance with industry standards
  • Work independently as a self-employed subcontractor
  • Meet the requirements of the Social Housing Contract

Requirements:

  • Own van
  • Gas Safe Registration
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Calibrated Analyser
  • Clean DBS

Experience:

Ideally, candidates should have 3+ years' experience in Gas servicing & repairs, particularly within a Social Housing setting.

Earnings:

Contractors in this role typically earn between £1,000 and £1,300 per week.

Selection Process:

Candidates will undergo a multiple-choice test as part of the interview process, followed by online training.
