As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of your branch and team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead by example, advocate for the business and Acorn values, and drive branch and wider retail network success.
- Customer Experience: Ensure smooth and efficient customer experiences, timely and effective resolution, administrative tasks, and workload management.
- Team Management: Day-to-day team management, including admin tasks, daily plans, and allocating workloads.
- Performance Management: Report on performance in line with business expectations, implement department KPIs, and ensure visual Real-Time KPI data is refreshed and up-to-date.
- Complaint Resolution: Manage complaints, including taking calls with customers as part of a managed resolution strategy.
- Training and Development: Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of new team processes and assist with the design and delivery of training programs.
- Marketing and Sales: Lead branch-marketing activities, gather competitor pricing information, and contribute to regular pricing reviews.
- Recruitment and Resource Planning: Hold and lead interviews for candidates applying for branch vacancies, and responsible for resource and succession planning of branch team.
- Employee Engagement: Complete regular 121s with team members, provide performance feedback, and support career aspirations.
