Fostering Social Worker

NonStop Care is working with a Good Ofsted local authority in Berkshire to fill a Family Support team position. The role offers the chance to work from home, reducing travel time and allowing for greater focus on caseloads.
The local authority provides continued training and development for workers, including JI and VRI training, as well as Age assessment training. Supervision is held every 4 weeks, with personal and case supervision. Home visits are conducted within statutory timescales, and meetings such as core group, family support, and Strategy Meetings are held via Microsoft Teams.
