Job Title: Panel Beater

We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing or replacing bodywork panels of damaged vehicles according to instructions received or details on the job card.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Repair or replace bodywork panels of damaged vehicles according to instructions received or details on the job card.
  • Provide direct supervision to non-qualified technicians where applicable.
  • Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles by either repairing damaged panels or by replacing those beyond repair.
  • Operate equipment such as jigs, fixtures, and welding equipment as per instructions, level of qualification, and prescribed safety standards.
  • Adhere to manufacturer's literature and modification bulletins as appropriate to the repair and replacement of chassis and panel work.
  • Attend training courses to enable you to be updated on new techniques and produce development.
  • Handle all vehicles with due care and attention ensuring that customer care/satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  • Keep the Company's tools and equipment safe and in a clean, workable condition.
  • Be aware of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the role is preferred.
  • Competitive salary agreed on interview.
  • Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
