About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for quality and a background in plastics injection moulding. You will be responsible for managing customer quality concerns and providing training and support for Quality Inspectors.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns.
  • Provide training and support for Quality Inspectors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality practices.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing quality systems that ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
  • Educating production staff on compliance with quality control measures.
  • Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Plastics, ideally within Injection Moulding, who possesses excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset. Experience in training and supporting Quality Inspectors and educating production staff in quality control practices is essential.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £35,000 to £42,000 per annum, as well as professional development opportunities to grow within a company that values quality and continuous improvement.
