Parking Enforcement Officer Job Description

As a Parking Enforcement Officer with Unity Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in maintaining parking regulations and ensuring compliance with local authorities. Your primary responsibility will be to work with CCTV cameras to issue tickets to vehicles that do not adhere to parking rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce parking regulations and issue tickets to non-compliant vehicles
  • Collaborate with CCTV cameras to monitor parking areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with the public
  • Work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, on a rota basis

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the parking industry is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical fitness to perform duties, including standing for long periods
