Apprentice Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Receptionist to join our team at Novotel Cambridge North. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Welcome and greet guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Personalize each interaction to ensure a unique experience for our guests
• Engage with the team to ensure hotel quality and financial targets are met
• Handle emails, phone inquiries, and other administration tasks
• Responsible for balancing banking transactions for the hotel
• Ensure Novotel Standards are met and maintained
• Competent in taking reservations, upselling where possible to maximize average room rates
• Assist with Food and Beverage services as required
